One Day Signs opened for business in coastal downtown Encinitas in 1989 as a banner and sign company focused on helping retailers attract more business. For more than 29 years we have designed and produced graphic and visual communications that attract customers, sell products and inform audiences.

   Today One Day Signs has grown from its humble beginnings to becoming a pillar of the community. Signs is in our name, but our products include a full array of graphic production capabilities. Our services include large format digital printing, vehicle graphics, real estate signage, banners, project signs and so much more.
 
   Our One Day turnaround on most projects is a benchmark that few can match, regardless of the size or quantity of the order. From single pieces to large runs, we can meet almost any delivery schedule.

In 1988 after retiring from 22 years of service in the United States Navy, he went to Hawaii to learn the sign trade from his brother-in-law at One Day Signs Hawaii. In the short months to follow, Omar opened One Day Signs in the same location we are at today. Learning graphic design and layout on the job, he has managed to not only grow One Day Signs into the powerhouse of signage it is today, but also teach the business to the rest of the team... his two kids Marco and Tiffani.

Learning the fine art of Hand Lettering at the young age of 14 by practicing painting the alphabet, Marco has experienced the full range and growth of the sign industry. Upon graduating high school, Marco attended what is now the Art Institute in San Diego and received his degree in Graphic Arts. Applying his years of graphic design and creative ninja skills, Marco now designs all the signs and graphics for the company.
Working not only as a Design Ninja, Marco also enjoys helping his community at large as a Reserve Firefighter/Engineer in Orange County, responding to community, medical, and fire emergencies driving the fire engine and patrol on calls.
